RECORD A STORAGE ITEM

RE-ASSIGN AN INVENTORY ITEM

There may be instances where volunteers swap inventory items to accommodate their particular circumstance.
You may record this transaction by re-assigning the inventory item.

The steps are identical to the "Record a Returned Item" above. However, instead of clicking the un-assign button, you will click the "Re-assign" button. This will take you to the list of volunteers where you click on the "In Use" button, which will transfer the inventory to its new home.
