BARRK provides a simple inventory management solution to help keep track of the small but plentiful items in your organization. |
The Inventory section is where you keep track of the inventory supplies you currently have in stock, such as: kennels, feeders, and other supplies that are in storage or in use. You can navigate to this page by either clicking on the Inventory icon
from the main menu, or by clicking the Inventory icon along the top row of any page.
MAIN INVENTORY PAGE
This page will show you a list of all the inventory associated with the animals in the organization. From this screen, the user can add a new inventory item or search through all the existing inventory. High level information is available on the items, such item name, type, description, serial numbers, quantity and quantity available for use.
SEARCH OPTIONS
HYPERLINKS
- "Name" will direct your to a detailed information page about the inventory item.
- Icons at the end of each row will allow you to view item details, edit the item, or delete the item.
RECORD LISTING
- The page is organized in alphabetical order. In the case where there are multiple pages, choose the "Next" option, or enter in the page number.
SEARCH FIELD
- The upper right corner of the screen has a search field. Type in the name of an inventory item or letters of known information (eg. part of the name) and BARRK will find all matches, with the string of characters used.
- BARRK is not case sensitive
- The complete word does not need to be entered (entering “gr” in the Search field will return a list of records containing the letters “gr” in one of the fields.)
