NOTIFY is another great feature of BARRK! This button allows you to send an email to the animal's caretaker to advise them of a pending appointment. |
To use the NOTIFY feature for a vet visit, open the VET VISITS category from the Main page - or - by using the Vet Visits icon 
on the top of the navigation bar.
- From the Vet Visits main screen, click the "Notify" button which appears at the end of the animal's row.
- A screen will appear to indicate the email's information that will be sent.
- You may add "Additional Comments" in the area for further instructions or appointment details.
- Click the "Ask for Confirmation" to have the animal's caretaker to advise you that they saw and OK the appointment.
- Click "Notify" to send.
*NEW FEATURE!
BARRK has implemented a new feature "Notify on Later Date," which is currently in testing mode.
This feature allows you to send a notification to the animal's caregiver on a later date which you specify by a drop-down calendar.
