To record a donation, open the [[People|PEOPLE]] category from the Main menu - or - by using the People icon [[File:People icon.gif|30px]] on the top of your screen.
 

* Click on person's name. 
* Select the "Donations" tab of the details box. 

# Click on the "Add Donation" button.
# Enter the donation amount (number only), and the date.
# You may add a description of the donation such as: specific purpose, etc.
# Click "Thanked" if a thank you note has been sent to the donor.
# If your organization distributes donation receipts, you may upload a copy here for your records.
# Click "Save."
